The Estee Lauder Companies has partnered with AFESIP in the fight against human trafficking through its products, capabilities and skills. The opportunity to partner with AFESIP in developing an effective, self-sustaining training Vimean Beauty+ Salon in Siem Reap, Cambodia is recognized as an ideal way in which the company can use its strengths to help make the world a better place. This salon would be open to the public and allow girls who have mastered salon skills training to build confidence and fine tune their skills before opening their own business. As Siem Reap is an attractive, international tourist destination, both organizations see great potential in the salon.

Vimean Beauty+ Salon has established since 2013 in Siem Reap in purpose to generate income to support general operations of AFESIP itself and providing professional beauty salon skill training to the survivors at AFESIP and beneficiaries of like-minded NGOs partners.
